I utilized my expertise and experience to ensure that the India Forward Support Company was well-prepared and capable of meeting the demands of the mission. Through my leadership, the company was able to maintain a high level of readiness and operational effectiveness, contributing to the success of the Combined Arms Battalion.

Maintenance Platoon Sergeant for the Hotel Forward Support Company, I provided guidance and support to the platoon leader in multiple areas. Specifically, I supervised, advised, and assisted in training, administrative and medical readiness, professional development, health, and welfare for a platoon of 95 personnel. Additionally, I was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the accountability and serviceability of the platoon's equipment and property, which had a total value exceeding three million dollars.

As a Senior Drill Sergeant in charge of a 60 Soldier Platoon during Basic Combat Training, I was responsible for overseeing their morale, welfare, discipline, physical conditioning, and training for a ten-week Program of Instruction.
