Part of my responsibilities included the direct accountability for managing and supervising the training, discipline, professional development, health, welfare, resiliency, administrative, and medical readiness of 158 personnel across two platoons and four combat repair teams. I utilized my expertise and experience to ensure that the India Forward Support Company was well-prepared and capable of meeting the demands of the mission. Through my leadership, the company was able to maintain a high level of readiness and operational effectiveness, contributing to the success of the Combined Arms Battalion.
Revised the company training schedule to facilitate better transitions between more than 60 individual and collective tasks and ensured training compliance with the company's Mission Essential Task List.
Maintained full accountability and serviceability of company property and equipment valued at more than 43 million dollars.
Platoon Sergeant

Maintenance Platoon Sergeant for the Hotel Forward Support Company, I provided guidance and support to the platoon leader in multiple areas. Specifically, I supervised, advised, and assisted in training, administrative and medical readiness, professional development, health, and welfare for a platoon of 95 personnel. Additionally, I was entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the accountability and serviceability of the platoon's equipment and property, which had a total value exceeding three million dollars.
Managed the platoon's human resource metrics to achieve and sustain as the most administratively ready platoon out of a brigade with more than 100 platoons.
Inherited a platoon with more than 20 percent of personnel failing to meet the physical fitness test requirements; developed, implemented, and actively participated in a physical fitness program, which directly resulted in a 19 percent reduction of platoon personnel failing to achieve the fitness tests standards.
